1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://riskcalcpro.com ("the Website", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the operator of RiskCalcPro ("we", "us", "our") — Kornravit, an individual operating independently in Thailand.

RiskCalcPro provides free, browser-based financial calculation tools including position size calculators, risk management calculators, DCA calculators, and related educational content for Forex, cryptocurrency, and stock markets. All calculations are performed locally in your browser. No calculation inputs are transmitted to or stored on our servers.

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by minimal contextual advertising (Google AdSense). We do not charge subscription fees or premium tiers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years of age (the age of majority in Thailand under the Civil and Commercial Code, Section 19) to use this Website. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

…even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed THB 1,000 (one thousand Thai Baht), which represents the maximum value of the free services provided.
